Casa Lonja is a tribute to the fish markets, to fresh produce, to off-menu products, to fish straight from the fish markets, to quality vegetables, to meats matured and braised in holm oak charcoal.

OUR COOKING
We are committed to good raw materials to prepare a short menu with no shortage of seafood and fish from the coast of Huelva, Gadira red tuna and Iberian cured meats from the Sierra de Huelva.
With options to nibble our white prawn salad with garlic, octopus brioche or black rice with baby squid.
You can also enjoy our raw food such as matured beef steak tartar and marrow; red tuna loin tartar or beef carpaccio with Payoyo cheese and pine nuts.
Starters to share: mit cuit de foie with banana toffee, smoked sardine toast with green tomato salmorejo or foie ravioli with Spanish sauce and Parmesan.
